HCC Risk Adjustment Updates - Highlights will include:

• Changing HCC’s:  Currently 86 HCC’s will increase to 115
• 2,294 ICD-10-CM codes will no longer Risk Adjust
• 268 ICD-10-CM codes were added that will Risk Adjust
• The impact to the new model is estimated at a negative 3.12%
